Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

At InterviewGod.Ai, we have a strict no-refund policy, except for payment errors as described below. Please review the terms below:
  • No Refunds
    We do not offer refunds for any products, services, subscriptions, or credits purchased on our platform.
  • Non-Refundable Subscriptions and Credits
    All subscriptions and credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • No Refund Process
    Apart from the payment errors described below, no refunds are provided, so there is no process for requesting one.
  • No Cancellations
    We do not process cancellations of subscriptions for refunds.
  • Exception: Payment Errors
    While purchases are otherwise non-refundable, we will refund the amount to the original payment method if:
    • you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment), or
    • you were charged but the purchased minutes/credits were not added to your account, and we are unable to add them.
    Please email hello@interviewgod.ai with your order ID within 30 days of the payment. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but the following terms apply:
  • Cancellation without Refund
    While users may cancel their subscriptions, no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued, regardless of usage.
  • Starter Plan Availability
    Although we do not offer a trial period, users can try our platform through the starter plan, which does not require a paid subscription.
  • No Notice Period
    Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, with no advance notice required.
  • Expiration of Unused Credits
    Upon cancellation, any unused credits will expire, and no refunds or transfers will be provided.
  • Cancellation Process
    Users can cancel their subscriptions directly from their dashboard. Alternatively, they can request a cancellation by contacting us at hello@interviewgod.ai.
  • No Prorated Refunds
    We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial usage of our services.
